I'm unhappy about this photo... I think It have so many objects and information together with the main subject: the man and his bike. And I think that if I has a radio-flash to iluminate better the man, I would have a better photo, don't?

First you have a good idea here. Your composition is not bad also. I can tell you are looking for an interesting composition.
However the main failure here is exposure. You have a challenging lighting situation here with the shadows an bright sunlight. I agree that a flash would have helped light up the subject but I also think that composed better you would not need it. By placing the building to the right behind him it would have evened out the lighting. And would also have fixed some of the overexposed sky.
I think you have a decent eye and you seem like you want to learn so keep it up!
